Flora Room

Flora Room has become more than a place to take yoga classes for me; it’s a space I feel truly home in and crave going to when I’m out of town or life gets busy. Be forewarned, if you’re a plant lover, you’re going to notice your money disappear faster than you mean it to! The fact that (almost) every plant in the building is available for purchase has been both “dangerous” and exhilarating for my plant obsession. The plants I’ve purchased are of high quality and I love that plants are an essential part of every space within the building, as it promotes the feeling of personal growth. There’s nothing like being in downward dog and admiring a fig tree, then trying to not die in boat pose while checking out a snake plant! I’ve also been able to purchase equipment used in class that I want to invest in personally and love that I can buy incense or other little trinkets (candles, body oils, etc). The events offered that I’ve been able to attend have been SO fun and worth the money. Plant bingo and floral arrangement classes are a fun way to learn about new plants and make a new friend as plant-crazed as yourself. I look forward to the upcoming social event in late May where there wil

I’ll preface by saying Erika is great, professional, and a positive light in the yoga world. her classes are great & she is incredibly knowledgeable. MAKE SURE YOU CANCEL AUTO ENROLL. I enrolled in unlimited yoga for a month ($99) To my mistake (God forbid a human makes one), I didn’t cancel my auto enrollment. Once I was charged, I called to leave a VM and emailed explaining I didn’t intend to enroll for the month of April. I mentioned on my app, past a certain date a fee occurred, so I was under the impression after that date my membership concluded. I went to talk to Cori in person (was told she would be there around 4) then received an email from Cori stating she is off site that week. Which is it? Cori does not offer refunds. I’ve never dealt with this in any capacity from any establishment, where they are completely unwilling to work with you, acknowledge any communication, and pocket your money for nothing. I attended 5 classes total the first month (a bit overzealous enrolling in unlimited). One class I was the only person, after waiting 10 mins or so 3 others came. 15 mins of the class was missed. Began canceling classes as they were mediocre at best. I wasn’t asking to

Beautiful space! I found this place through my friend, Tianna, and am so glad I did. The Hatha yoga class I took here is one of the best I’ve ever taken in my life, and the memberships are fairly priced for what you get imo. I love that they have so many wellness & beauty services in one spot too - nails, hair, etc. in addition to their floral services. Plant bingo here is also a great time 🪴 We don’t have many places like this in SSP so I hope they stick around!

Flora Room is the studio I had envisioned of what I wanted my first Yoga experience to be like. Everything about it aligns with my needs such as a safe space, the plants, the music, the incense and most importantly the connection with the Yoga instructors. For me this is the most beautiful healing place to restore my body, my soul and my mental health. Thank you Cori, Paris and Erika for making Flora a safe haven.

This is the first yoga class I have truly felt welcome in. Erika is warm and welcoming, she gives several different options for the poses so all ability levels can do them. It’s truly become my favorite day of the week and I always leave full of so much love and joy. She hasn’t cultivated just a class or a space, but a beautiful and loving community ♥️
